Refunds: Issued only if the shipment is lost in transit by the courier; requests must be emailed with order details, and approved refunds are processed within 10 business days (excluding cases like incorrect address or failed delivery).

Exchanges: Accepted only for damaged or incorrect items, provided they are unused and returned in original packaging; processed at the original purchase price.
