RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Our jewellery is handcrafted in India by skilled artisans — meaning every twist, curve, and texture has its own little story. Naturally, this makes every piece unique. Slight variations in shape, finish, or colour are part of its charm, not flaws.
Each piece goes through a careful quality check before it leaves our studio.
Due to the personal nature of our jewelry and to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
That said, we want you to love what you receive. So, here’s how we handle refunds & exchanges
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if your package is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the courier.
Please inform us by emailing info@qlumsi.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once our team has confirmed, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to reflect the refund in your account.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
- After failed delivery attempts.
- Packages refused by the recipient.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product was damaged in transit, or
- If you received the incorrect item.
To be eligible for exchange, please ensure the product is:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (including Qlumsi box and pouch)
Please note:
- Exchanges are processed at the original purchase price (MRP), even if a sale is active at the time of your exchange request.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
- Inform us within 4 days of receiving your order by emailing info@qlumsi.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging for our Quality Control (QC) team to review.
- Once approved, our team will respond with instructions for the exchange process. Do not send the item back until you have received confirmation and return instructions from us.
- Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement piece.
Please note:
We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit, or for returns initiated without prior approval from our team.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Each Qlumsi piece begins its journey the moment your order is confirmed — handcrafted, packed, and polished with care. We request you to place orders mindfully.
